- Heat a saucepan and melt the butter. Cook the onion and celeriac. Cover the pan with a lid and wait for 10 minutes, without browning.
- Strain the water of the soaking mushrooms into the pan. Add the mushrooms to the pan after chopping them.
- Pour the water and bring to the boil and simmer. Wait until the vegetables are soft.
- Blend the mixture into smooth.
- Add creme fraiche and dill. Stir them well. Season to taste.
- Reheat gently before serving.
